Q: Do you have a minimum amount of people you require for an event booking, such as rehearsal dinners or office lunches?
A: We do. The number varies and depends on certain factors such as day of the week, location, menu, etc. Please contact us using the catering form here on this website and will can send you a proposal for your event right away.
Q: What are your policies regarding LARGE SCALE events/festivals and pre-paid vendor fees?
A: We will pay pre-paid vendor fees ONLY to events that have a PROVEN track record of SUCCESS. This may require documents showing prior attendance, food truck sales, demographics, etc. Other events that require fees may work on a 5-10% commission basis (depending on history of event), which keeps the responsibility on the event promoter to bring a large attendance. Why is this? Food trucks are restaurants on wheels, not the promoters, who are in the business of risk. Food trucks are not banks advancing money to event promoters to ensure against bad turnouts, weak promotion efforts or weather issues. Food trucks take on the risk simply by agreeing to be there with expensive, perishable food as well fuel costs and labor. If the event has a great turnout, the % to the promoter will usually be higher than a pre-set fee.

Q: Do you offer items other than what is on your regular menu at special events?
A: We do. Besides our delicious sandwiches, big gourmet tacos and sides, we offer just about any type of food you could request. Just let us know what you are looking for and we can make it happen. Our chefs have extensive experience and have studied the culinary arts.
Q: Do you cater private parties?
